I may "catch up " all the way through June or august,

then my son is coming to live with us in september.

I used buttonhole stitch this time.

I "colored in" the fan and added flower beads and tassle.

a beaded bug holds down the lower right hand corner.
I sewed white sre daisies over the left hand corners up and down buttonhole which I left plain
Great block! Love the daisies. Enjoy your kids!

Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteLovely block Flora. I see you used some pleated ribbon - I'm going to do some of that for my Anne Stokes blocks.....when I have time to get to them. Right now I have all the blocks pieced and the silkies printed out and I'm just gathering threads and embellishments. I love your bug :)
