I did a little bit of everything to this block and I'm still trying to decide if it's too busy or not busy enough! that probably means I got it just right and I should stop now.
this lovely lady is done and I am trying to decide if the dragonfly makes it look to busy, right there on the red patch or should I move it to the yellow patch below it or take it off all together?what do you think?

it's driving me crazy.
The dragonfly is perfect and you need something in the gold space below... How about a ribbon rose cluster to echo the flowers in the lovely braid below it... Also tiny clear and sparkly on her headband would be a nice touch...crystals?
ReplyDeleteWell, Gerry settled THAT!! Its a great block and your beaded flowers as well. We havehad a FAB spring..very warm. I think we have had more days around 90 this year than the last two years put together. Wonderful weather to be in the garden.
