Here is how my SRE class is going.so far I'm quite pleased!
I'm using a combination of RJR and Gloriana silk ribbon.
the RJR is wonderful for good solid colors and gloriana has wonderful vibrant variegation's in it for blending and realism!
I have been embroidering for as long as I can remember and have always had a fascination with history, clothing and textiles I am the empty nested Mother of three lovely, fun, crazymaking children. Gardner, mad hobbyist, Self-employed crazy quilter, rogue beader and at times just plain crazy!
Silk ribbon is the best for adding that extra texture, isn't it? Glad you're having fun with it, but of course more stuff to buy, LOL
